• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App
• "Content" refers to all information, data, text, images, and other materials posted on the App
• "Property Listings" refers to real estate listings posted by users
• "Service Listings" refers to contractor and service provider listings

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Propizy, a real estate platform that connects property seekers, property owners, and service providers. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Description of Service

Propizy is a platform that enables users to:

• Search for and view property listings
• Post property listings for sale or rent
• Find and contact service providers
• List services as a contractor or service provider
• Communicate with other users through in-app messaging
• Schedule property visits and service appointments

4. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• We may remove content that violates intellectual property rights

User Interactions

• Users should exercise caution when meeting in person

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propizy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Termination

By You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Deletion requests will be processed according to our Privacy Policy

By Propizy

We may terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of other users
• Extended periods of inactivity

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, United States.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

18. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users 18 years and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent and supervision.

19. Geographic Restrictions

The App is available globally but is governed by United States law. Users in other jurisdictions use the App at their own risk and must comply with local laws in addition to these Terms.

Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data in a portable format, subject to verification of your identity.

21. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, users agree to attempt resolution through:

1. Direct communication with the other party
2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration if mediation fails

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Propizy regarding the App.
